  • What are 3D rendered computer graphics?
These pictures are created through 3d software that uses mathematical formulas to calculate light reacting with other objects, textures, shaders and anything else in the 3d enviorment. Objects are positioned in 3d "space" to create some intresting scenes, but emulating realism requires a deeper understanding of 3d modeling principals, as well as software tricks to "fake" realism.

  • What is it you do?
I work with multiple 3d applications to create computer wallpapers originally. I no longer constrain myself to standard wallpaper resolutions but I do keep in mind that that was the original intention of this site.

  • How long have you been working with CG?
I have been tinkering with it off and on as a hobby since 1999, starting with Bryce 5 and working onto gradually more complicated software over the years.

  • What software do you use?
I mainly use a combination of Vue 6, Maya, and Photoshop. I use various miscellaneous plugins and programs such as XFrog, XSI, Wings 3d, Bryce 5, and Terragen.

  • So you finally upgraded your site?
After a serious lack of updates from my old site www.geocities.com/imagescubed, it was time to move on. Thanks to some presistant e-mails and supporters, I finally got a new site up and running.

  • Can I use your images for school, project, etc.
This is a situation by situation question that can be answered by simply dropping me a line at ImagesCubed_NO_SPAM@gmail.com
