The Exoplanet planisphere is a wooden circular star chart attached at the center and automatically rotated to display the current night sky. Around major stars are how many and what type of planets that have been discovered orbiting that star.
The visualization was assembled on an 18 inch wooden disc with different patterns corresponding to the various planet types. The entire thing was sandwiched between more sheets of wood and attached to a motor that is cordinated with the northern hemisphere star patterns.
